DMA (not BMA) ceased to exist by the time GTA IV came out, they worked on GTA 1 and 2 but they became Rockstar North when Rockstar Games bought them out in 2002 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rockstar_North)
You are correct that Take Two Interactive is the large company on top, but it would be worth to see what other games companies Take2 (as they are commonly shortened to) have as subsidiaries other than R* - obviously Take2 would not want two of their subcompanies releasing games on the same day as although they are viewed as separate companies, Take2 would rather not have them eating away at each other's profits, as opposed to having them release a key game on the same day as a rival company!
